Mark is the only one who has access to the support system.

When I set up my hosting it was fairly quick. However I've been waiting for a reply on an issue with getting my FTP files uploaded, its been about 5 days. Hope he is not hurt or something.

John I'm going to lock this thread.  You are talking about this ftp issue in on another thread.  No use having 2 threads about the same issue.

As far as the issue with Mark is concerned.  He has had health issues as well as issues due to the fact 1 his father passed away and 2 he takes care of his mother as well as his wife's mother.  It has put a huge strain on him in the past to the point where the only thing he was doing was uploading content to the membership for several months.  Support did slip by the wayside.

Both Jim and I, as moderators, did (and still do) whatever we can to resolve members issues but there are some things that we simply cant do anything about.  If we hear from Mark, we let everyone know if we can, we arent going to put Mark's business out there without his permission but we will let everyone know if we have talked to him and if he's ok or not.

As I have said before.  Being a successful Internet Marketer is about being flexible.  Things arent always going to go as planned, you have to live by the motto that my mentor told me 20 years ago:

"An obstacle is NOT a stop sign!"

That means, you have to come up with creative ways to solve your problems.  It's what Jim, I and other members do here on the forum on a daily basis to help members resolve their issues sooner rather than later.
