What I would like to know "How do you do this??" When you click on Conductor It then takes you to another page or website

Hi Carl

This is linking a word or phrase to a web page. If you have a web editor then you highlight the word or phrase you want to use. Up on the top of the editor there should be a small icon that looks like a chain or link. Click on that and it will open up a new window where you can add the url of the web page you wish to link to.

In a web editor such as FrontPage, you may have to type the word and then link it in the same new window.

You can also do this technique on Wordpress blogs.

Although you can set the anchor link with a visual editor, it helps to know the code (in case you don't. Pardon if you do...)

This is the HTML code that makes the link you saw:

<a href="http://searchenginewatch.com/topic/conductor"<Conductor</a>

The "a href" triggers loading the new page. What follows after the equal sign is the complete URL. Closed by an ending anchor tag.
