In desperation. Help please!

I may be posting in the wrong forum and if so, I apologise – but I am truly desperate!

Can anyone reading this please tell me how I may change/have changed my email address that is registered for Easy Membership Site Creator.

I raised a Resell Rights Weekly support ticket for this on 6th May and I am still waiting for support over 5 weeks later!  This despite one brief contact from Mark.  So the fact that I have raised this ticket is known, but no-one seems able or willing to answer this straight-forward question.

According the the PDF included with package you would:

Note: There is no password recovery function since we eliminated the need for a database in v2.0 of Easy Member Site Creator. However inside the membersarea folder is a file named that contains all of the user’s details if you have a customer to email you or open a support ticket asking about a forgotten password.

If I was going to edit a .inc file would use either notepad or notepad++. You may aready know this but, would make a backup of the file before editing:)
