Need help with Salesman Salesletters

Hello Mark,

I need help with one of the Cool new products in the gold download area.  Actually, this question could cover other downloads, as well.  Umm, when I downloaded and extracted the product on my computer, it is not in folders.  All of the contents are all thrown into together in one folder, for example there are zip files, sales graphics, website components and graphics, php files, videos, and pdf's all together.  It is hard to solve the puzzle of what belongs where, and what files are to go together.  I am attempting to sort this all out, but there are still files left, that I have no idea where they belong.

P. S. I want to resell this package, but if I don't know where to get started with it,
and how to go about using it, I think I will probably get a lot of support requests
from my customers, who buy the package from me.

Hi Debbie,

The way this product's folder is structured makes it very confusing so I totally understand your frustration.  But believe it or not there is a reason to the madness. :-)   The product creator designed this product so that all you have to do is just upload everything to your host (except the license file and font folder). The download page is already coded with working links so that you won't have to deal with coding the download page links.

So any of the products that have this same structure, we do the same with?.. I ask
because there are other products that have the same structure.  I think that is nice,
because really, it makes it easier to just upload the whole folder, and be done with it,
except alterating your personal information.

I went and uploaded the folder, but where is the index salespage that people see
to buy the product?  I guess I am totally confused.  When I downloaded the Salesman
Salesletter folder to my computer, and opened it, it is as you say all the files are in
the same folder.  You said that the only files that are not uploaded are the font and
license file.  So I uploaded everything, the zipped video files, the notepad ecourse,
all the graphics, but I don't think you meant all the contents of the folder.  There
isn't one single index salespage, like you see for the product when you click off
your product page, to see the salespage.

As you can tell, I am not used to dealing with a product folder done this way.

Hi Debbie,

It will depend on who the product creator is. You'll notice that Ultimate Productivity and Sales Man Sales Letters products are structured the same -they were produced by the same product creator.

Hi Again Mark,

Ok, so what you saying is that all the elements for resell package is in the same
folder, and it is up to us to put these elements together to build the sales page
and squeeze page, to offer the mini course and also to sell the product from
the salespage?.. So if I build the sales page, and then someone buys the product
what exactly is the product out of all these files in the downloaded folder?  Or
is the whole folder the product?

Also, if I upload the notepad mini course lessons in the folder, to my server
The product will also take care of sending out the email mini course?

I have a hard time catching on, so please excuse me for being a bit pesty!

Hi Mark,

I just wanted to post a followup on the major problem I have been having downloading product from gold members area.  I was so excited to download a package from Resell Rights Weekly, only to discover time after time that all the files were just thrown into together, outside of folders because there were no folders.

I thought It was just the resale rights weekly products, until I downloaded something from the Warrior Forum, and the same things happened, and now I am thinking ok, what is the problem?  It hit me that it may be my zip program, and I discovered that is exactly what it was!... Now everything is extracting into folders like it should be.  If anyone else has had this problem, it is most likely your zip program, and what you need to do, is set it back to it's default settings.  I hope this helps others.

Hi Debbie

I was going to say that the best way to unzip the files you download is to use either WinRAR or 7Zip ... I prefer 7Zip myself as it seems to unzip everything without fail...

All you need to do then is just right click on the zip file and if using WinRAR - select "extract to "name of file\" on the drop down menu

or

Right click on the zip file and if using 7Zip - hover over "7Zip" on the drop down menu and on the second drop down menu that appears select "extract to "name of file\"

You will then have the file unzipped with a named folder and all the files inside of it in the correct location, it will also be in the same section that your zip file was downloaded to. Be sure to set up a decent file structure for saving the zip files in... ie...MRR, RR, PLR, Personal Use etc...this will make it easier for you to remember the product rights that you have for the files inside each folder. You could then expand within each folder with other folders named as Wordpress, facebook, amazon etc to further sort the types of products that you have downloaded.
