Payment problem
« on: February 16, 2017, 01:40:16 AM »
Hi,

As far as i know Mark is like a ghost thats why i opened ticket and forum case.

This month i made over 5k USD on comissions and i was wonder if it will be paid as before, once i get paid 200 USD but this amount was huge.  http://resell-rights-weekly.com after login shows that my money was "Paid" but no money was transfer to my paypal, as far as i know paypal shows money jsut after the payment so it is imposible it was on hold.

Any suggestions?

First off welcome to the group.

Second Mark posted on the forum yesterday so he isnt gone.

Third, Mark is working on the payment problems and is doing his best to resolve the issues.  He is going through the help desk tickets slowly but surely.  It also helps when you can give him as much information as possible.  When I had my own issue I sent in screen shots to help solve my problem which Mark did.  Please be patient.

Jerome

Hi Morgan,

I'll be happy to answer your question. First I'd just like to point out that all commissions were paid out yesterday. (more on that later)

Before I answer your question, I'd like to ask you a couple of questions ...

1) Why do you have 2 forum accounts (betaseller & morganalexisxxx)?

2) What do these people mean to you: Sharon Beeby, Glen L, and Fred Ferguson?

Thanks,
Mark

Hi Mark,

According to your questions, yes i did create the seocnd forum account, i had no access to my mobile device where i was logged on by radnom on my mail, and i lost password to forum account, my bad i wont be using betaseller account anymore, so feel free to delate the account if i broke the rules, that wasnt my plan.

I dont know where the second question point to, as far as i know i dont know these peoples.

So by saying u already sent payment u want to tell me that i was excluded from the payment scope?

Regards Morgan

(There Is No) Payment problem!
« Reply #11 on: February 17, 2017, 05:37:22 PM »
Hi Morgan,

Remember the 3 people I asked you about (Sharon Beeby, Glen L, and Fred Ferguson)?  Since you couldn't answer my question, I'll tell you about them.

Sharon, Glen, and Fred are all acquaintances of Jerome (username 'snginc' here in the forum). Jerome informed them about the RRW opportunity and they signed up under his affiliate link. Jerome also told them about the RRW Gold offer and they upgraded. So they were Jerome's referrals and he earned commissions every month from them (and others).

However, here a few days ago Jerome came and told me that they had disappeared from his account. Disappeared? That's impossible ... they can't just disappear. I figured they must have just canceled their account. But no, they were still members of RRW. In fact, they were ALL still Gold members.

Why had they disappeared from Jerome's account? It made no sense! Until ... I found Sharon, Glen, and Fred listed under your account Morgan. Interesting, isn't it?  How did they vanish from Jerome's account and magically appear under yours?

You went from having ZERO referrals/commissions in November,  ZERO referrals/commissions in December, ZERO referrals/commissions in January (before the 15th) to having more commissions then any other RRW member! Almost overnight. Hmm how did that happen???

But wait ... there's more. Jerome is not the only one who lost (temporarily) his referrals. Many others have complained to me as well.  Some of them actually thought I stole the commissions & referrals from them. Can you believe that? Talk about online business suicide! I'd have to be out of my mind to do that!

I didn't steal anyone's commission. Nor have I taken anyone's referrals. However, several hundred Gold members were TAKEN from other members accounts and magically added to your account Morgan.

But wait ... there's more. I also noticed that I am now one of your referrals Morgan. I created this site but yet I am your referral? Interesting!

It unbelievable that you have the AUDACITY to come on here and complain that you were not paid!

Seriously? Did you really think we wouldn't catch you?

Here's the bottom line:

--> ALL commissions were paid to the rightful earners on the 15th.
--> ALL referrals are being returned to the rightful earners.
--> Morgan, your RRW account has been terminated and you'd better believe your local authorities will be contacted.
--> The RRW membership script has never been hacked before, and folks I promise you you it will never happen again!

Morgan, people work hard to drive traffic and earn commissions. I will not allow anyone to steal it from them.  Period.

Mark

Good for you, Mark!  I just googled "morganalexisxxx" and found a number of sites where that username is registered, most since mid 2016. The majority of them involve hacking and porn.

Running several sites that allow for user signup, I have found that any username that uses numbers or numerous alpha characters in a row are often suspect.  Ugh - some people have nothing better to do.

We knew it wasnt you that was stealing referrals and commissions!  We appreciate you bringing this issue to light.  I think I can say for everyone (except Morgan) that we have always had faith in you!  You're an honorable man and you know how to resolve issues and would NEVER take advantage of your members.  There have been countless times where you have given free help that I know other people charge for because you believe in making this forum and the membership the best on the net!

Keep up the great work my friend!

Jerome
