Having bought domains from registrars I dislike working with (esp GD), transfering them from one registrar to another is not much more involved than registering them in the first place.
As long as the ''losing'' registrar releases the domain and/or makes it easy to get the transfer AUTHID code, I've found it as simple as waiting for the gears to turn at the two registrars.
It is worth talking to your current registrar to see if they have a ''push'' functionality where you can move the domain to another account easily (like Namecheap and a couple others favored by Flippa vendors) and if not, find out the exact steps to unlock and authorize a transfer to another registrar.
Keep in mind, if you move them yourself, it extends your registration by at least a year and you've got 90 days until you can transfer it again (if I remember correctly what I read from ICANN recently). You may or may not be able to ''push'' it within Namecheap in that 90 days.
HTH
P.S. If you've got any with PR, let me know. I might be interested. Thx!
