Photoshop Box Cover Graphics for PLR Product

I'm going to do my best to describe what I'm trying to accomplish, but I may not be using the right terminology.  If anything doesn't make sense, please let me know and I'll try to clarify it.

I downloaded a PLR package with rights to rebrand as my own and I wanted to change the box cover graphic.  When I opened up the PSD file, the box was "flattened".

The graphic is pre-sliced, but I think it requires an Action Script in order to put it all together (box it up with the 3D effect).  I'm not really sure how to do this, though...no instructions were included in the PLR package.

I don't mind configuring it manually, but I'm just not sure how to do it.  Any tips?

send me the 2D psd file with the changes and I will create the 3D box...
