Transcendental Meditation Trademark

Hi Everyone, I put up sales page for "Transcendental Meditation" and received a email from lawyer for a company that owns all rights in the U.S. and Canada to the registered trademark, Transcendental Meditation, US TM No. 1,082,923 and CA TM No. TMA283979, respectively. You have published a webpage purporting to sell, without authorization, a book on how to practice Transcendental Meditation.
 
Please remove immediately all reference to the Transcendental Meditation trademark, including all reference to the book. The offending webpage can be found at the following link,xxxxxxxxxxx

I removed the sales page that day and have since received a "Canadian Trademark" document from my web hoster giving me notice to remove link. Anyways don't know if this has happened to anyone else but thought I should warn Members. Take Care > Mike

So if it has giveaway rights then something is wrong there???

Khai is actually a pretty good guy and inspirationdna.com is one of the biggest self help sites online today.  Many of Khai's products are already in RRW.  3.0 looks like a great package.   Also, Khai didnt know about that the term Transcendental Meditation was a trademarked.  I have owned inspirationdna.com products for years now!

Uhhhh, gotta admit, I was chicken to request something that pricy, so  THANK YOU once again Mark, for reminding me why I never begrudge the monthly gold member fee, unlike just about every other bill I pay. 

I figure between the Music PLR one you got that I requested and this one, well, that pretty well equals my yearly payment. so everything else is bonus!

Why chicken?  Mark has bought plenty of Khai's products over the past few years!  Why stop now?

Tr Med. is a big trademark with sales 8 figures + , I believe it has to be re-branded properly - that is all we have to do it with PLRs.

Was browsing the forums and saw this one.  There's actually four filings for the term "Transcendental Meditation" with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.  Of the four only one is still alive, the one that contacted you.  According to USPTO records the term was registered on filed on August 12, 1976 and registered on January 17, 1978.
