Sounds like you may be on older version of PHP. Really hard to say though by tele-doc exam:)

You can see version and what extensions installed with simple code. See this to setup:

http://www.phpinfofile.com/

What the error is says is you do not have "mysqli" active and mysql extension is deprecated.

You can do a simple test and see if error disappears by placing the code below at very top of tga/files/dbstart.php

error_reporting(E_ALL ^ E_DEPRECATED);
The code should go directly after and below <?php

This should suppress the error and really only a band-aid.

Recommend you contact your hosting provider ans show them this error.

hard to believe this.  I've never had an error like that and I've installed a few scripts in my time.  Who is your host?
