Do you mean, putting a link in an article or email ?
Do you have any HTML experience, since it is quite simple if you do.

Otherwise, PM me with an example and I can try to help you out.

Thanks Karen,

Hope info is useful, html basics are necessary to know when starting building website, at least it helps a lot :-)

BTW, I noiticed you have nice Cats blog, very well written and the must for all the "cats" people...

My daughter Jenni 11 years (almost 12 now) got me agreed to find her little dog (puppy) and before she got it she started the blog for her pet. She has written it with a lot of enthusiasm and very precisely.
She has done it with her own totally, she wanted to learn all herself :-)

Here is the link: http://nemoaetsimassa.blogit.fi    it is in finnish, but maybe you can understand something about it with a help of google translated page here: http://budurl.com/nemoblog

I am really proud of her how well she has done it.. much better than I could ever...

Best regards!

Nemo Lives!

That is a great blog Aatos - hat's off to Jenni. (Onnittelut Jenni on ihana blogi! Toivottavasti Nemo on hyvä poika!)

Is Nemo a King Charles spaniel? If he is, I would seriously suggest you/Jenni get some him some pet insurance - small spaniels like him can get big health problems in later life.

Hi Val,

Thanks for your comments,

and yes, it is that race and we realised that even though Nemo is from very healthy family of many generations back
we have taken a good insurance for it. We hope we can spend a lot of coming years with this very lively boy :-)

But this is a bit out topic, I only wanted to show it just need some enthusiasm and dedication to build interesting blog
as well as work for it of course. It is not business blog..but interesting to read..even for people who are not dog people..

All the best and success for everybody..

I think she's doing a wonderful job of it. Please tell that she has an American fan.

Thank you for this detailed article, Mark.  I especially appreciated two things : 1) You emphasized the need to take time to decide what the purpose is for setting up the website and designing the website accordingly.  Many persons skim over this activity or give it less attention that it deserves or abandon their website because it doesn't suit their purpose .  This would have been a wonderful article for me to read when I first started online in December 2008. At that time I already had a business offline and when I first created my website on a free platform I wasn't sure how to incorporate my offline business with online marketing so I floundered for quite a while.

The other thing I appreciate is the depth of information given on the various types of websites that are available and the benefits of each.  The article is written so that even a beginner would understand easily.

Padre,

Great quote! That's why I keep a notebook next to my bed ... you just never know when a killer idea will hit ya!

A Very useful article written by Mark on creating Profitable websites, thanks for the extensive info Mark, greatly appreciated

I have an account with TWR Power System for unlimited hosting and I would like to make some websites that could generate some income.
I have started one site already that relates to my educational kits business.

Could this forum suggest how I could make an e-commerce site like ebay for allowing members to buy and sell products.
Other ideas are also invited for setting up profitable websites as I would like to  make the best use of my hosting account.

Thanks and best regards.

There's a free script called JustClone which claims to be a clone of Ebay.

I've never used it so cannot comment on how good it is.
