Nearly a month later I'm STILL waiting for my refund!

As I am not certain where to post this I am posting it as a new topic also!

On June 30th I cancelled my GOLD account it was the day I was charged and I requested a refund, I HAVE HEARD NOTHING! NO REFUND and no response saying things might be going on that will take a little more time to respond.

I believe I have been more than patient so PLEASE REFUND MY PAYMENT! TODAY!

I understand your frustration but doing multiple posts with the same content isnt going to speed the process up.

There are autoposters in place so things from the rrw blog get autoposted to social media sites like twitter and facebook.

I sent Mark a message a few minutes about your problem.  I'm not sure when he will respond.  In the meantime, please dont post on other people's threads about this issue.

THANKS, But you assume there is a process. I have seen zero indication of ANYTHING being responded to on here BY THE OWNER! If they're gonna take money for memberships AND kick people off IMMEDIATELY when a refund is requested, they should be prepared to refund it, right?

Not yelling at you! I have just heard NOTHING from RRW in over 2 months. I should have waited until support was responsive again. I also registered a domain based on the gold membership benefits that are PROMISED here and now I sit waiting!

And note that Tweets are going out regularly from Mark. If he can tweet he can provide support,wouldn't you agree?

What would you have me do? If I could really contact Mark I would but I have no way to do that, other than SUPPORT and I am getting no response to support requests. Bottom Line, RRW STILL has my money a month after I requested a refund! And I realize that things can happen that is out of our control, but when you make promises and never respond to support tickets but are still tweet...?

It's not an assumption,  there is a process.   I've been a moderator on this forum for years and prior to that I was a gold member for a number of years.  Mark is a one man team when it comes to uploading content to the membership as well as dealing with support issues.  I'm sure that Mark will issue you a refund when he starts going thru support issues.

You can use your registered domain on any hosting account, it's simply a matter of changing the name servers.   You're going to need hosting anyway since you are requesting a refund of your gold membership.  Once you're no longer a gold member, you wont have hosting at rrw unless you decide to pay Mark for hosting.   So while you're waiting for your refund you should have gotten your hosting already and built your site.  You could have already been building your list and making money while you wait for your refund.

What would you do if someone that promised a money back guarantee, basically took your money and disappeared? Because that is what HAS HAPPENED here!

And remember someone is VERY consistently sending out tweets! I wonder how many others have paid for Gold, had a problem and contacted support and are still waiting for a response?

The same thing I outlined to you in my previous post.  Get hosting for the domain I already have, build a site, build my list and make money while I wait for my refund.

As I told you previously.  The tweets are part of an autoposter feature.  Whenever content is uploaded to the membership, a rrw blog post is automatically generated along with social media posts...including twitter.

At this point the only thing you can control is your own actions.  While you wait for your refund, you can and should do what I outline earlier.  That way you are making money, building your list and when you get your refund it will simply be icing on the cake.

See that is NOT what I was promised I don't know how to build a site or a list I CAN drive traffic but I need a site to send people to, which was part of this membership!

About the hosting when you are a Gold Member you get FREE hosting I should not have to pay for hosting somewhere else when it is advertised and supposed to be a benefit of Gold membership!

One of the reasons I decide to join here in the first place is I would get a website set up and that is something I do not know how to do. This was a deciding factor for me joining here!

And while you know this site and believe it to be a good investment (I did too) I can only base my opinion on what I experience, TRYING to get PROMISED BENEFITS of a Gold Membership, that as far as I know does not exist, and then trying to get a refund and immediately getting booted from the site and because I did not get my money back I continue to pay for!

Again what would you think if you paid money for something, never received that something, and now you can't get in contact with the seller? He needs to hire someone to run this site until he can get back to it.

Bottom line you can make excuses (and remember I acknowledged things happen) but right now I see a site that the owner has not posted to since February. And consider this... are they still selling Gold Memberships even though the can't deliver what they ARE advertising?

I HAVE BEEN PATIENT. I'm nearly out of it!

I am done posting here I believe I have explained my concerns and they are VALID concerns for ANYONE considering a Gold Membership.

Also, I remember that back in June a reply to my original post, there was someone that said they sent Mark a Message about my concerns (may have been you) and so far still nothing.

When my money is returned I will look at RRW again.

No one said your concerns arent valid.  I even said that I understood your frustration.

What I have said is what you can do to move forward in the meantime until you get your refund.

You're going to need hosting so you can use the domain you bought.  There's plenty of cheap hosting available. Use google and youtube to find out how to create a website or have the work outsource. 

Also there appears to be a misconception.  Mark doesnt set up your website for you.  All he does is set up the hosting so you can build your own website.  In the NEWBIES START HERE section of the gold membership there are tons of training on how to create your own website.

You can focus on being angry or you can focus on how to overcome this problem.  You cant do both.  Internet Marketing is about solving problems your or other peoples.   I have given you some suggestions for the latter.  Its up to you if you choose to pursue them.

no disrespect to you jerome or mark but last time mark had this happen he promised it would not happen again. perhaps a customer service rep would help.  people deserve for a business to take care of their needs.
