When I tried to upgrade my account, it told me
"We're sorry
Things don't appear to be working at the moment"
I've confirmed that it is not an error/problem with my payment, as I used it on a W+ purchase over the weekend. I would like to upgrade my account, I'm not able to do this due to this problem.
I have left a couple of support tickets, but they have gone unanswered.
Any help getting this issue resolved would be greatly appreciated.
