Is Mark Around?

Hi,

Was just curious if Mark is around. I have sent several PM's and Support requests about my upgrading to Gold and haven't heard anything back...what is the usual turn around time for support?

There isnt a usual turn around time for support.  Mark is a one man show.  He is around but he is currently dealing with some health issues.   Are you having a problem upgrading to the gold membership?  I may be able to help.  Send me a PM.

I apologize for the delay. I don't like being behind but I am. Right now I am behind on everything.  My elderly mother just had a nasty fall and broke several bones so I've spent most of the last few days at hospital & Dr's office.

I am also have problems with access.  I paid for the upgrade, but can't get access.

Same for me.

I then canceled my membership at PayPal the same day (yesderday). Then tried to create another RRW account with a different email address, in order to upgrade again and see if it works better, but creating another account is just not possible. I tried 10-15 times with 3 different email addresses.

Hi Mark - I'm very sorry to hear about your mother's accident and pain. My wife's mom went through that - she was even in the hospital bed recovering when she (stubbornly) tried to get out of bed one night, fell out of it and broke her wrist. Oy. Difficult times.

As usual, prayers and love goes out to you and your family. May the recovery be smooth. MM
