Need Help - Nobody Answering Support Ticket

I have been a long time RRW Gold member.

Had PayPal issues last month and my subscription got cancelled.

I have upgraded to Gold again - on the 27th August - but my account was not automatically updated.

I created a support ticket and provided all details - including PayPal transaction - but nobody has acknowledged or tried to resolve this issue for me.

I even sent an email to the RRW Paypal email address asking to please resolve this issue for me.

No replies and I still have no access.

I am not sure how the support tickets are monitored ,,,, is there any other way I can get my problem across to Mark or other admins to get it resolved?

Sorry you have had this experience.  Mark is the one who takes care of the help desk.  I will send him a message to check out the help tickets.

Hi there.  My name is Palu Rainbow Song and I am new to RRW myself.  From my limited and small communication with Mark, I feel that he eventually gets around to answering most people's questions.  I know I have had many and feel he's done a good job in responding even though it might take a slight bit longer than ordinarily preferred.  I suppose if you were one person making this whole PLR Website happen, it would take a while to answer people's questions!  Thanks Mark, for all that you do!  And thanks to you as well, for radiating a feeling that seemed as if there was nobody there for a while to read or respond to your comment(s).  Last I heard, he is giving a lot of attention to his mother who is presently ailing.  I hope his mother lives to be a ripe old age!
